My name is Steve (believe it or not), thanks for checking out my site.
I’m a personal trainer who loves working with everyone, whether you’re totally new to the gym or an experienced athlete. I specialise in endurance improvement, strength building, muscle gain, and aerobic and cardiovascular fitness.
I started my fitness career as a UK Athletics qualified coach in running fitness and work with people towards a range of goals, both running and general fitness related. So whether you’re looking to run a 5k for the first time, just want to feel fitter and stronger, or PB an ultramarathon, give me a shout.
The main pillars of my training ethos are enjoyment, sustainability, and total customisation. Your sessions will be created just for you so that they fit in with your life and are something you look forward to doing in the long term, with no arbitrary weight/size measurements or ineffective overcomplications.
